How I work

  • Direct agreement with each client, in my own name
  • Monthly retainer scaled to scope, invoiced directly
  • The work is done by me — no staff, no subcontracting
  • I favor retained, long-term relationships, with the level of involvement adjusted as needs change
  • Terms are agreed in writing before the work begins
  • My longest client relationship exceeds eight years
